Large exposure building defect claim that was successfully defended on behalf of the general contractor with a resulting dismissal of the case based on spoliation of evidence during remediation of the building. The Court of Appeals upheld the trial court’s dismissal of the plaintiff’s alleged $1.7 million damage claim.
